What do you think the top health issues facing us today are?

You may not land on being "overwhelmed" - but when you think about what that does to our systems, you'll quickly realize that our bodies were made for brief moments of "fight or flight" - but the world we live in today keeps us ever-stuck in this state. 

Overwhelm over time = dis-ease. Dis-ease over time = Disease.

What's worse, when we focus on the symptoms instead of the process that led to the disease, we generally end up creating MORE problems! 

It's definitely part of life to get "overwhelmed" - but we've got to realize there's a difference between being overwhelmed and living in a state of overwhelm.
